GRANDBABY #3

Well I just found out this past week that we are expecting Grandbaby #3, I'm still
in a state of Shock and haven't fully processed it yet I just keep telling my self
I'm 2 young to be a Grandma, but I think thats just wishful thinking on my part. So
come September he/she will make her debut.

MY TRIP TO CHICAGO

Well I had a wonderful time, the weather was harsher than I expected it to be the wind and cold felt like your skin was being cut with razors..Had a great time at
the Merchandise Mart there was 16 floors of great shopping possibilities. The
mart is so big it has its own zipcode in chicago. The size of that buiding blew me away. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago, had lunch at a british
type bistro called the The Elephant Castle then dinner we ate at Harry carey's lots of famous people go there to eat, the prices were staggering the food OMG....Gots lots of great pictures, the train ride was wonderful, had a few problems getting
back home from Chicago but I guess all trips have flaws. Glad to be home though....

This is my Grandson Ayden Alexander he will be 3 in May, and he quite the ham, he loves being the center of attention, and is already quite the ladies man....

Chicago here I come... Look out!

Going to Chicago this weekend by Amtrak train, this will be my first train trip every, its only a 3 hour trip and it beats driving cause Chicago traffic sucks big time. So me and hubby are going
up there to the Merchandise Mart for the Living and Giving show.. ITS HUGE! And we are meeting up with a great friend of mine who works for one of the companies that I buy from
regularly.. so Saturday is all about the shopping and spending time with my dear friend Retha
then Sunday we are going to meet up with my oldest brother Mike who lives in Chicago going
to go brunch with him and see some of the sites of chicago... then back home Sunday evening
by train....Its suppose to snow Saturday I'm already imagining in my mind being on the train
whipping down the track with the snow falling I picture it to be a beautiful scene in my mind.
The weather up there is suppose to be very frigid this weekend thats only yuck factor to the trip. I will take lots of pictures and post a few on Monday!

Learning new tricks...

I have learned that having a blog is a really great thing to have, I guess its sorta like a live journal, now to figure out what to right about that people would really enjoy reading. HUMMM!
